01Does it cost anything to start?
No. No build cost, no partnership fee, no monthly charge. We're paid only out of what your app earns — if it earns nothing, you owe nothing. The only optional costs are paid ads or content production, if you choose them.
02What do I need already?
An engaged audience and a clear area of expertise. Engagement matters far more than follower count — a small audience that acts on your advice beats a large passive one. No technical experience or existing product needed.
03Can I customise the app?
That's the point. Programmes, workout logs, nutrition tracking, educational content and your own methodology, plus your branding and naming. We advise; you decide.
04How and when am I paid?
Subscribers pay monthly through the app. We reconcile and pay your share on a monthly cycle, with a breakdown of subscriber numbers and the split applied.
05What happens past 25 subscribers?
You move from Standard (75/25) to Scale (60/40), applied across your whole base. The larger share funds the development and support a growing base needs — and in absolute terms you earn considerably more at that point, not less.
06Who owns the app and brand?
Your brand, name and content stay yours. PulseForge owns the platform underneath — which is what lets us build and host it at no cost to you. Full terms are agreed before anything is built.
07Which niches are you accepting?
Fitness is the active focus. The model extends to coaching, nutrition, education, productivity, business and lifestyle, and we're opening to those as we grow. Outside fitness, apply anyway.
08How long until launch?
Weeks, not months. The core platform is already built and running, so your app is a customisation, not a build from scratch. Timing depends mostly on how quickly scope and content are settled.
